Magnesium chloride is excellent to boost internal magnesium stores as well as muscle relaxing and detoxing. Magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt) baths are also an excellent way to detox and muscle relax but the kidneys eliminate it too fast making it very inefficient at elevating levels.
